It’s a game changer
Almost as much as yours suits you.
Your Strava suggests otherwise.
Parkrun is a wonderful expression of humanity
21.48 I was shocked. Hadn’t ran in weeks and coming off three days on the lash at the weekend. I picked a fast coworker and stayed with him.
Something I’ve done before for a half marathon… I eventually faded but got over halfway with him and finished in a very decent time. A lot of the time it is psychological…obviously you need a base fitness tho.
All psychological. I wouldn’t have broken 25 if I trotted around by myself. Beat the other cunt* too which is all that counts.
*not a cunt he’s actually really sound.
Well done C&C.
Breaking the 25-minute and 22-minute barrier is really impressive.
Did you partake pal?
I sure did.
What was your own time, kid?
Fwiend Parkrun Fwiend
Hey man its the taking part that counts
Do you think I’m naive enough to give my own time?
You’ll get creeps on here (who took exception to some post or other I made) going onto the result website, getting my real OFFLINE name and finding out where I work and contacting them to try get me fired from another job.
That said, I’m going for a 5km run now shortly and aiming to do it in 23.43 or quicker.
Great time pal.
And we all know your real name anyway.
Sage advice pal, there are some right weirdos stalking about on the Internet…
Would you take it handy for a parkrun, or would the competitive instincts kick in?
