Here ya go mate, it was a really lovely run, pretty much all on the banks of the Danube, the half is a nice distance, a lot easier than any 10k I’ve ever raced
Well done @Locke, you’ll be flying it for limerick

is that a leg press machine

Yes…

Would you do 120?

Did a leg session myself there. Nothing like it

Out for a 10km run earlier
Bloody roasting, good thing I was wearing a headband.
If not the sweat would have blinded me

give over … that was 230 you were looking…

3 10’s and a 5 on each side, 20 on the bar…

you’re an awful man … 3 25s and 2 20s on each side.

80km cycle today out of Tralee. 27km p/h average. Delighted with that. Much easier than running

This is how the event was started…

That bollix has been at the start line of the Dingle adventure race with the same shotgun

You think he should have changed shotguns?

You should have seen the bollix buzzin around, getting his roaster mug into as many pics as possible

A few women from our club went in for a photo with him down in Dingle a few years back but called him Danny. He wasn’t a bit impressed

Just completed the swim-a-mile challenge in the local pool/boozer/community centre. Beat my target time and my aspirational time to. Fucking delighted. Still have 190 lengths to do before Tuesday night to get to France. But I’ll do that too.

Time?

Well done, the target times are apiece of piss but those aspirational times (real targets) are a curse

29.46. Target was sub 32 (would have been well pissed off if I hadn’t beaten that.) Aspirational was sub 30 mins. Got lucky with a lane on my own effectively.
