I broke a lovely little milestone today… For ages I couldn’t break the 100kg bench press for more than 1 rep… I have a very old shoulder injury that i never really addressed when it happened… So I’ve been doing a lot of shoulder work over the last 8 weeks… And about 4 weeks I started benching 80kg 3 x 5 … Then the following week 85kg 3 x 5 then 90 … Anyway today I did 100kg 2 x 5 and 1 x 4 … I’ll go the same again Sunday and move up next week.
What a result.
