College now and yes.

I’m busting out of my shirts. Some gut on me. I changed the diet which works but I’ve some belly

Did my first CrossFit class yesterday. Way below my usual level of fitness currently but the box jumps made a boy of me. Sore today. Enjoyable class. I’ll go back.

Didn’t kev have a major issue with CrossFit?

He did yeah but he’s not here any more so I can injure myself however I want.

Anyway, I won’t do stupid things with heavy lifts, learned that lesson before.

I walk about four miles a day, stopping intermittently to hit a ball with a stick.

Box Jumps for reps is a good way to rupture your Achilles.

The locale of pain would suggest not. It’s on the very outside. Cunt of a thing

OK… That’s the IT band kid… Pulling on the outside of knee… Could be a hip issue… Look up it band stretches and see how you go.
