Back at the gym.

2019 was an annus horribilis in terms of health, fitness and general well being. 2020 will be different.

I should add I haven’t started working out yet. I’m having a coffee and reading the paper but will get to it shorty after 10am.

Nice numbers out running this morning, good to see.

What did your workout consist of? I might go for a run at lunchtime but I think I need to do more strength work in 2’20. I must get back lifting my 10kg dumbbells.

Haven’t done a tap the last number of months. Work and home pressures and neverending colds/ manflu.

Once this current cold is gone, I am gonna tear into 2020. Setting the bike up on the Turbo downstairs and it’ll be 6am workouts for the winter.

I am gone an awful size :astonished: The doctor was surprised when I tipped the scales at 84kg lately.

Very important for anyone that runs regularly. The inverse reverse counter jump is just as important tho.
