Regular paying commuters should refuse to give up their seats to pensioners clogging up trains/buses at rush hour
I’m of the firm belief that free public transport should be unavailable to pensioners between the hours of 4 pm and 7pm Monday to Friday. There should be some sort of nominal charge enforced. That would soften some of their coughs
They usednt be allowed use the bus pass during rush hour. But that changed in the 90s.
