All my adult life I’ve been able to get a train from Limerick to Kilkenny for a match on a Sunday, and return the same day.
However, over the last few years this has become impossible. There’s obviously been a reduction in the trains travelling south to Kilkenny on Sundays.
It’s ridiculous based on all the sh1t being spewed around on this thread by the Green party.
We have cycle lanes coming out our holes here in Limerick, but still record numbers on trolleys out in the Regional every day. And nothing is being done about it.
You’re saying that people are in hospitals on trollies because of the cycle lanes?

Small enough increases really given the hullabaloo.
A record high of 3,904 is way too many in general.
It’s an irrelevant statistic unless we know how long people are on the list.
It is actually a remarkably low number given the fact that we have had record population growth, a refugee crisis and acute supply shortages.

Putting in frequent mass transit in an area getting 1,400 new homes is “pointless”?
Same goes for Clonburris I assume where the first of 8k new homes is just commencing and the train station (soon to be DART) is getting put into action?
