The Public Transport Thread

Hmmmm. the incumbent thinks he’s safe despite donnelan and brady popping up. Although some of his voter base has died over the last few years…

Great news and good to see you passed on my PR advice to Sleepy Eamonn

This is not just good for rail users themselves but it’s also good for everyone travelling because it means less cars on our roads, and less congestion, so everyone’s a winner with rail.

That’s a great development in fairness

Congrats to Cork on getting a load of train plans. We’ve had loads of the same plans for 30-40 years, they’re great.

This is a fucking shambles @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy. I’m gonna buy another car to guard against this happening again.

ok guys, can someone set up a public transport operational issues thread & lets keep this to infrastructure

It was like workers fleeing the twin towers on 9/11 around Killester this morning. People blocking the road outside the DART station. A swarm of ants then descending onto the Howth Road to try clamber onto packed buses. Other hailing taxis &/or on their phones trying to get one via apps.
