You seem to have missed the west cork revolution
They did.
They funded it themselves and didnāt default on their payments like Munster did (robbing everyone else of investment).
Leinster Rugby have mused whether it was the correct decision given the intention was a wider Donnybrook plan & have concluded it was. It is a hub of rugby through all age groups.
