You donāt seem to be aware of the South African or New Zealand systems.
Munster have about 20% of their squad from Leinster along with their own system.
Iāve no sympathy.

Thatās what happens when you have everything in your favour. No different to Man City or the Dublin footballers.
You are completely missing the point.
A small group of kids are getting savage advantages. Leinster are the beneficiaries over and over again.
Clearly they are.
When is the last time another province produced one player of the calibre of Frawley, Osborne or Furlong from their clubs?
Frawley and Osbourne arenāt even guaranteed starters for Leinster behind all the private schooled lads.
But Leinster donāt really exploit their club system. They mostly recruit from the schools. I have no issue with this, itās just their good fortune, and without it Irish rubby would be dire, but itās still the wrong argument to make.
Osborne would be a lovely replacement for Frisch if he wanted to come and play every week
As 20 years ago Academies were a relatively new thing.
Itās clearly not a cyclical thing anymore. Leinster will never need that many players from a Munster background again. There are established pathways with Leinster overproducing since the academies went into full tilt at the end of the 2000s.
Munster can certainly improve and not need to look to Leinster as much though.
Itās near on impossible to improve though. They simply canāt compete with the private schools.
You are from Manchester mate, you donāt have a fiddlers.
Leinster predominately put their money into the clubs at underage, they have development officers pouring over the province.
Munsterās home grown players are predominately from your private schools.
They recruit from the schools. Iām not from Manchester. You are a wanker though.
Iād say the six most exciting players in Munster are Crowley, Coombes, edogbo by 2, Tommy ahern and Brian gleeson.
Did any of them attend a private school?
Iād be fairly certain theyāll be close to the next Irish World Cup squad. 4 out 6 maybe 5 out 6 making it all going well.
That is remarkable enough and shows Munster are doing things very well but they still canāt compete at the funding at fee paying schools.
And nobody can compete. Itās a numbers game.
Coombes seems to have hit the wall in the last year for whatever reason.
Munster will need this Gleeson kid to be Paul OāConnell levels. They need to find something from somewhere. At least 10 is sorted.
What are you dribbling on about?
All provinces recruit from pathways, including schools.
Do you even know what Leinster community offers do week to week?
Make sure the bus carrying equivalent of young Osborne is pointed in the right direction
Bandon Grammar is a private school you ape.
Are they the lads paying that Frog coach from Toulouse?
