His young lad was impressive in Goodwood today. A chip off old block

By God. The Greatest horse of all time. If they ran him in the Juddmonte next week he’d bate them out the gate

The Juddmonte was the race Coolmore went all out to beat him. They had Mastercraftsman primed, he ran the race of his life but it still wasn’t enough. One of Kinanes great rides look how he splits the 2 Ballydoyle runners 2 and a half out whilst tracking Mastercraftsman. Their tactic was clearly to block him but the horse had too much speed. He was getting going and had to check then to squeeze through. It cost momentum but Sea The Stars and Kinane still found a way to win. Its what the great ones do. If Baaed wins next week we can put him in the Frankel conversation but he has a bit to go yet to get within an ass’s roar of STS.

Two different sports mate. You may as well be saying Christy Ring was better than Maurice Fitz.

Appreciate what you saw last night for what it was, brilliant.

Back when flat racing was a proper sport, what a day that was, I was never as sure going to a racetrack that a horse would win, myself and thr brother got absolutely banjacksed and ended up in some weird suburb of Paris at 7pm, wads of 100 euro notes everywhere

I say it every year but I love how Aussie Jim lowers his guard and barely mentions a single other horse for the last 2 furlongs
