Superstar Dunguib up in the next here at Fairyhouse. Trading @ 1/3 now.
Dunguib pisses in once again, serious horse this one.
Pandorama being well backed in this one, into 5/2 now. Pesoto is now as big as 8/1 on the exchanges. Looks a huge price to me.
Should be a great race - am hoping Alpha Ridge goes well. I’d lay Pandorama if I had the chance at that price.
Went off @ 9/4
Pandoramas jumping has improved no end - C’mon Ruby :guns:
Panorama is cruising here

Seems to only jump well in a group. Once it opened up he was all over the shop. He won’t win any more big races jumping that far left. Fair run from Alpha Ridge but shorter than he would have liked. He’ll win a 3 mile novice chase on softish ground before the end of the season.
dunguib is a monster. there is no doubt that he was the best bumper horse seen in year but i was sceptical whether this would translate into the best hurdler. this is based on the fact that best 2yo is not often the best 3yo and best hurdler does not always make best chaser etc.
to put two quality animals like sweeps hill and some present to the sword like that is something to behold.
given the performances of champion hurdler contenders to date connections would be nuts not to consider going for it as he is rising 7 and will be an 8yo in 2011.
i would love to see mikeal daganeut go for champion hurdle this year. i’m sceptical that a horse with so much pace will stay 3 miles. the ballymore has proved a good trial for future chamion hurdlers.
BTW binocular, i still belive:)
Anyone see Ruby’s ride earlier on Lachaon Laca? Got the horse up through a crowd to win by a neck, even after losing his whip 2 out and looking beat at the last. Great ride.
Rubys ride was something else. He got another one up to snatch second in the race before it I think which he was beating the neck off from 4f or 5f out. Some operator.
Glow Star - Lingfield 2.25
Edit: Nevermind
Mick Kinnane is calling it a day apparently
Thanks for the memories Mick.
I see auld ged has pulled the plug and the Pierse Hurdle is no more.
What do lads make of Tidal Bay’s chances today, i see Racing Demon is in the same race as well, must be nearly 2 years since he last ran…
He was well beaten Puke. I see Deep Purple won it @ 12/1. Is he the same fella who seemed to have the makings of being a serious horse last year? Or am I thinking of a different “purple”?
I’d say it is him alright, has won four of his last five now and is out of a decent stable…Tidal Bay’s jumping was poor
Seems to be a nice bit of money for Hold’em now…In from was 14’s 10 monutes ago, got off a 10-1 shot…
French Opera, inchidaly rock and Tell Massini all looked impressive so far today
Celestial Halo you fucking cunt :guns:
