Ran out of steam to finish 3rd. That run in is crazy
I see donie hassett had a cut off the morning prices
Nice double in the making tomorrow at Newmarket I reckon, Dandino will make a winning start for Marco Botti in the Jocky Club while in the classic I can’t see Hannons being good enough, the ground looks to be coming right for Colombo but he still looks to have shitloads to find with Bolgers who on all known form ought to hose up.
Closer to home I think Whiskey & Rye is too big at 14’s on the machine. Even the 10’s available e/w at the moment is great value. Not too concerned about the weight.
Backed de bromheads elegant statesman am @ 3s. P2p and quite impressive bumper winner out of the graded winning mare queen astrid. Will be very surprised if there is anything to touch him now that champagne agent is NR
I haven’t backed him yet, but Kieran purcells run for firth in the bumper is a useful animal. Won both his points this year and last year was a very unlucky loser to recent pun winner goonyella, he’s 6-1 with Katie in the plate. But it’s quite a tricky bumper, the Mullins and Meade entries look weak and he is over priced but something could touch him off over 2m, will prob take an ew interest
Good call kid, very nice jumper
Well done. I only got on at 7/4 but a win is a win.
Would advise a few quid ew on that yoke in the bumper as he actually beat that winner between the flags
Whoa!
Very nicely done Jim Bolger and co. Sheik needed that
Very impressive.
Dawn Approach looks a bit special.
That was a bit of a demolition job in fairness. Looks tailor made for Epsom too
That’s a whole lotta horse right there.
Pity it has to be a Godolphin horse.
Balding and the interview there.
Sheik Mo is a cunt… can’t handle the heat.
Bolger is a soup taking cunt.

Could be a serious windfall for Bolger here, at some point Sheik mo is gonna have to make a decision on what to do with the bulk of Zarooni’s yard, Coolcullen looks a rather obvious destination at this point
The thought had occurred to me and im sure Bolger himself. Murtagh summed up the derby - they’re not sure if dawn approach would be able for middle distance but there is fuck all there to be afraid of
Bolger doesn’t winter in Dubai. I could see where maybe gets a few of the better ones, but he’ll hardly all 100+. Nor would I imagine that he would want them. Then again, Godolphin devolved their US operation last year and spread them out among various US trainers, so they might end up doing the same in Europe.
