I’ve have heard from a reasonably reliable source that Indian Icon is a cert. Went from 7/4 to 11/10 this morning as well which is a positive sign.

4/6 placed I think albeit at short prices. Not a card to be making money at unless you work for Charles Byrnes.

Really looking forward to seeing Our Vinnie.

I am putting up Colour Squadron for the Paddy Power.

Philip Hobbs recently stated that he thinks Royal Regatta might be his best 2m novice hurdler this season, he more often then not have a nice one at that grade, makes his debut in 3:50 aintree on Sunday.

No sign of Fingal Bay yet…seems the leg trouble was worse than initially thought…:frowning:

Wonderful Charm looked a very promising horse in the 2nd at Fakenham. Jumped very well.

is that the Arthur moore mare??

Think it’s a Paul Nicholls horse. Jumped beautifully. I know it’s a course that can give a false read but it looked a class act.

Tips for Aintree tomorrow please

yes Fagan, I got confused, that’s a high class animal, was well fancied for the world hurdle last year, certainly one to follow over the staying novice chases

have a look at the fenway park tipping thread, I certainly don’t like anything tomorrow, I am going to have 5 ew on triggerman in the staying chase for an interest but no great feel for him.

I put one up for sunday above which I would look at so long as you get 6-4 2-1

I like both Ram and Dick Dundee tomorrow but want to see how the ground is declared in Wexford. Savage rain forecast. Such a pity that it has to clash with the coursing in Gorey.

Anyone care to offer an opinion on Paul Flynns 2 tomorrow in Aintree? Moon Dice looks well placed but his form is pure sketchy.

Moon still looks reasonably handicapped but is not back to his last winning mark as of yet. Distance looks ideal and AP is a notable booking. Would not be in the least surprised if he won.

Personally, I like Ruacana. Won a Grade 1 as a juvenile and has some smart form behind Our Conor at Leopardstown. John Ferguson is in blinding form and his horses were under somewhat of a cloud last year. With that in mind, I feel that Ruacana may be better than his mark of 139. He was on the go from the flat to the jumps last year and the break may well have freshened him up. I think the extra 4f will suit aswell.
