Isn’t he found upon by the Tennis set? He’s done some bad things in the past but I can’t remember what they were. A lad playing in Wimbledon in a sleeveless jumper like his has to be a bit bonkers
I wouldn’t know much about tennis these days but I think so. For the dilettante spoofers like myself, he’s one of the few players the floating sporting public have heard of, and is thus box office.
I hope he wins the tournament. Which means he’ll probably get Covid and have to drop out before the next round.

Granted I don’t watch much tennis but it’s a long time since I’ve seen an underhand serve in a Grand Slam men’s singles match.
Michael Chang against Ivan Lendl at the 1989 French Open the last time. Chang went on to win the tournament.

A 35 year old Djokovic destroys a player over 14 years his junior 6-3 6-2 6-2 over the last 3 sets of a 5 setter. It’s a real embarrassment for the sport how this New Gen and New New Gen at this stage can only seem to play for 2 sets.

It wasn’t a 5 set thriller. Sinner ran out of puff after 2 sets and was broken twice in all of Set 3, 4 & 5.
It’s like everything in life now Dan, the youngsters aren’t prepared to make the sacrifices
