Things I learned today (Part 2)

She was Sophie, and was riding Guy Pearce in Home and Away (yes he was in that too) and he knocked her up. She was only around 16.

He died in a car crash, crashing into Karen Dean and Revhead who were at fault for the crash. Karen was Blakeā€™s sister who had turned bad.

I donā€™t recall much else of Sophieā€™s time in the Bay.

Thatā€™s a bit misleading. Turns out they are first cousins once removed, ie Dame Judi and yer wanā€™s mother are cousins.
They are 50 years apart in age, so the cousin thing had me scratching my head.

Interestingly, both of Dame Judiā€™s parents grew up in Dublin.

Thatā€™s the English for you.

Thereā€™s one in Wicklow too

I read this headline and in a sure sign I am reading too much tfk I immediately assumed a kitchen island

Colm Oā€™Gorman of Amnesty Ireland (assume he is still there) has a cooking column in the Cork Examiner

I didnā€™t realise he wants to move EP to the bank holiday weekend.

Thatā€™s always been his wish but he canā€™t get it because of the Rally. But the move from September is a start to moving that way

Where in our fair county is he from? Gorey?

Not sure. If I had to guess Iā€™d say New Ross way
