Nicky Culkin came on as a substitute goalkeeper for Manchester United in injury time in their 2-1 victory over Arsenal at Highbury in August 1999, after Raimond van der Gouw got injured.
He had one duty, to take the resulting free kick, from which the full time whistle was immediately blown.
It was his only league appearance for Manchester United and his only Premier League appearance.
He must surely have the distinction of being the only Manchester United goalkeeper to play league football and never concede a goal.
