GMT ( Greenwich Mean Time) doesnāt change as such. Itās BST (British Standard Time) that changes for daylight saving.
Particularly relevant in this day and age with Zoom meetings and the like. Some smart bollix will quote you GMT.
I would always tend to quote GMT. National pride wonāt allow me to reference BST, and IST is a tad niche for international bidness meetings.
