Tipperary GAA 2021

Level at half time between Killenaule and Templederry. Killenaule by far the better team so far I think. They’ve missed 3 goal chances. Mouse is coming out with some ball and Dean O’Connor is some man to win a free. Templederry have been fairly efficient because they haven’t had as much of the play at all

We will rue those goal chances. Templederry went up the field and scored points after two of them.
7 or 8 wides to Killenaule as well. Just the two for Templederry I think.

Stephen Gleeson is some eejit. Beautiful by Bubbles as he hits it a mile wide

Brian Stapleton on and scores a nice point

Beautiful from Gearoid this time as he hits it a mile wide

Brian Stapleton after completely changing the game. 1-17 to 12 to Templederry now at the water break

This is like watching a cat playing with a mouse.

Templederry win by 10. Some second half performance. Gearoid Ryan rolled back the years in the second half, he was immense. The rest of the Ryans and Stapletons outstanding in that second half too.

Would have been interesting to see how they did in an All Ireland intermediate championship

Brian Stapleton was a lovely underage hurler.

They have some amount of intercounty experience there for a small club

How did Seanie Ryan go?

Killian O’Dwyer held him well for the first 40 minutes or so but he did some brilliant things after that

You could put out a North A and North B in that Miller Shield @TheBird

Heard that the panels for this were picked by Bonnar and his selectors. Makes sense in many ways.

That’s how Sugrue did it in Laois

It is gas in fairness when you see that match and there will probably be 1 or 2 from Templederry on the North selection and 5 or 6 from Killenaule on the south selection

They’d probably meet in the final.

Brian McGrath starts

Is there a better place in the world to watch live sport than the Old Stand in Semple Stadium?
