Tipperary Hurler of the Year 2022
The late Dillon Quirke (Clonoulty Rossmore) is Tipperary Hurler of the Year 2022, as chosen by members of the Tipperary Supporters Club. Dillonās family will be presented with the annual trophy, kindly sponsored again this year by John Quirke, Jeweller, Cahir, and the perpetual Tony Reddin Cup, provided by the Reddin family, at a future date.

Interesting to see if Bonner Maher plays for Lorrha today. There was pandemonium up there during the week when it emerged he had committed to running the Dublin City Marathon today (i presume for charity).
They were begging him to play the County Final but Iām not sure if a compromise had been found.
Run a fucking marathon over a county final?!!! Does he think heās gonna win the fucking thing?

Thereās a marathon on somewhere every other week if you want to go do one.
I would say Bonner is a man of principle and if he had committed to something that would be it.
Hopefully a compromise was found. There were intense negotiations going on all week.
