An acquaintance of mind gave me to understand that while heās no fan of Coolmore he told me he hoped Magnier would win the case but he wasnāt optimistic. We were at a funeral and it was like the Champions league final with lads whispering behind their hands.

They need to tap up London. Iām not sure who the big Tipp boys are down there. Thereās a lad building from Kickhams stock whoās not involved in GAA but would be a good man to tap up.

Acheson would prefer to throw half a mill on a puffed up point to pointer than give it direct to the county board. I think heās more a football man.
He does contribute and was the main man organising some Tipp-London Association dinners going back but Clonmel Commercials and dud point to pointers come first.
