Watchmen leading the way. Just an insanely insanely good show. Not a bad beat in it.

One of my favourite films “No chinks or Irish”. “Ah prairie shit, the chinks and the Irish too”.

When the black fellas were stuck in the quicksand and yer man complaining about losing a 20 dollar hand cart. Classic.

Rocky Rosmuc just finished on tg4 there. A brilliant doc about former Connemqra boxer Sean Mannion who fought for a world title in the 80s.

A brilliant story beautifully told. Lots of memorable moments in it. My favourite was Mannions description of the conversation he had with his father after beating a Drogheda lad named John Thornton to win an Irish Junior title in 1977.

I met my father right after the fight. He said to me ‘you did well, but you should have had that lad knocked out in the first round’.
And then he started crying.

Tg4 is a national treasure

By far the best Irish TV station and has been for years.

They don’t take their audience for granted.

Great GAA coverage, RTE badly missed a trick there years ago.

Remember watching the wire first on TG4 as well on Monday nights years ago. Think they had Oz as well at one stage.

TG4 do great documentary’s.Its like RTE’s older more sensible smarter brother.

TG4 used to show the old erotic European movies from the 70s back in the early days late every Friday night, between that and Shannon Tweed flicks on channel 5 you were sorted.

Tg4 :qatar: :qatar: :qatar:

Tg4 buys a lot of good docs from France now, also shows France 24 which is a good news streaming channel. And has some stunners of weather girls

I’m in the mood for a good horror tonights gents. Any recommendations apart from the 1994 AIHF?

Bit like Johnny depp being in Platoon

Ride of the Valkyries coming up here

If I recall correctly Orson Welles was involved in advertising this movie in 1979
