There’s no way that the data from the surveillance is not on a computer system somewhere if somebody was to go looking. It was hardly just one copy on a usb.
dunno about that. id say that it was just left, along with a load of other files, and not destroyed on the 3 years out of laziness. it’s existence was disclosed to the defence at an early stage and when they were going to hand it over saw the NI stuff and got rid ASAP.
as usual its the cover up that trips them up
