The Virtues, new Shane Meadows series, starts on Channel 4 tonight. Bit of an Irish angle to it and Mark O’Halloran is in it - should be good.
Currently rewatching The Shield - Vic Mackey
Fantastic show. Has Cletus Van Damme made an appearance yet?
Anyone watching The Virtues on Channel 4. Caught 5 minutes of episode 2 tonight and looks very good. Written and directed by Shane Meadows and starring the always excellent Stephen Graham. Went to 4OD player to go watch from the start and the cunt of a thing says its not available in my region. No torrents either. Anyone have any idea where I might find it?
Was it not the first episode tonight? Have it recorded
Yeah first episode tonight
Thought the guide said it was the second. Must have misread. Grand stuff should be up on the player later so.
It was very good. Stephen Graham is unreal. Won’t be one to cheer you up after a long day at work mind
Looking forward to it now. Shane meadows is a super talent. No one does bleak like him. Dead Man’s Shoes is one of my favourite movies.
This was bleak but you were fully engaged with Grahams character within a scene
Very bleak but not entirely what I was expecting. The pub scene was a tough watch but didn’t go the way I expected it to go
Fantastic end to Veep. An outstanding show that maintained its quality right to the end.
Nice Lisa Hannigan tune at the start of The Virtues. She’s written some great tunes. Voice of an angel to go with it.
Started watching Chernobyl on Sky Atlantic. It’s fucking class.
Fantastic voice.
I’ve started watching Killing Eve, very enjoyable so far
Scary shit
I started watching it last night. Only saw one episode so far. Fuck it’s a tough watch. I was thinking about it for a good while after. Horrendous
