Are you watching the new How to Make it in America? Think its stepped up a little plot wise from last season and may also have gotten a bigger budget from the look and feel of it this season so far.Its in top form. The addition of the delightful Gina Gershon (who would most definitely get it even approaching 50) is a welcome addition and Lake Bell is looking as well as ever.

Fine show with some stunning tail. The guy who played Finch from American Pie is very good in it.

Anyone watched Boss yet?

The drama stars Emmy and Golden Globe-winner and television icon Kelsey Grammer headlining his first dramatic series. The premiere episode also marks the television directorial debut of acclaimed filmmaker Gus Van Sant. Over the course of its eight-episode first season, “Boss” follows Chicago Mayor Tom Kane (Grammer), who holds sway over just about everything in his city. When faced with a terrible secret that threatens to topple his power, his true character is revealed: it’s not power that drives Tom Kane, but his fear of losing it. mer headlining his first dramatic series. Seems a bit repetitive.

I missed you Bandage.

I got a sense of deja vu reading that sypnosis.

Watched the first two episodes of Homeland last night.
Pretty good so far.

Second season confirmed also, had half hoped it would be a one season once off in a way. I keep expecting there to be a huge twist in it so not sure this plays well with a multiple season show. Still, wont complain. Watched E05 last night, best new show I’ve seen in a while. Great cast in it with Danes and Lewis especially excellent. Took me til E02 to realise Brody’s wife was played by the actress that played Anna in ‘V’ and Serra in Firefly, tidy bird.

Rocko, I’ve downloaded the opening two episodes of BOSS, but not sure I’ll bother, Grammer has had a few failures since Frasier and unless I hear really good buzz about something with him now I’m not going to bother really.

The Walking Dead is back. About 3 episodes into Season 2 and dark as fuck still.

ONly started watching breaking bad…serious show…

Anyone watched “Suits”?

Just finished the first season, decent enough.

yeah watched it a while back …its not bad …not essential viewing but an enjoyable way to pass a bit of spare time…are any of ye watching the walking dead…jesus its slow going…very close to giving up on it expected much more after a fairly promising opening to the season…

Watched the whole of series 2 of Rescue Me over the last couple of days. Only started watching at season 5 on RTE so I went back to the start. A criminally underrated show if you ask me.

I’ve never watched that show as Denis Leary strikes me as a fuckshite of the highest order.

You’re missing out. I’ve not seen much of him doing standup and I’m probably happy not to but this show is genius. It can be hilarious and then next minute be like really emotional and stuff. Check out the metacritic ratings if you don’t believe me. I’m about to watch my 15th episode since Saturday morning now.

Unbelievable show. You just pointed out the beauty of it, the way it can swing from hilarious to heart wrenching. The piece with his boy was the standout of it, but there is so much. Some excellent characters in it to boot. One of my top 10 without doubt.
