I dont even think of Penguin being him anymore - it’s a totally different person
I was going to start this show the other day - is it worth a go?
Yeah it is. You’ll hate every character but it’s very watchable
A man like yourself looking to get into a bit of share dealing might get something out of it
The problem is now is that it’s quantity over quality.Look at Netflix, nothing but rubbish.20 years ago HBO was the gold standard, all those shows were a 9/10.
I watched the first episode of Ludwig earlier starring David Mitchell of Peep show fame - it was glorious. He is perfectly cast as the bumbling imposter posing as a detective.
Started it myself. The bird in it is a gas bitch too, has been in a few decebt shows.
Line of Duty yeah
Motherland is the one i was thinking of. Very funny show
I’m a bit late to a lot of these shows, and not of a mind to scroll back.Thinking of giving Mr Mercedes a go, worth it?
Two and a half episodes into the penguin and it is a big giant meh from me. I don’t mind a long meandering scene or show but pretty much every scene seems to be twice as long as it needs to be for no particular reason.
Had to stop midway through the first episode a few days ago, and havent gone back to it. I didnt think much of The Batman either so I doubt I’ll go back to it anytime soon.
I started this last week. 2 episodes in and its daycent. Brendan Gleeson is excellent. The first 10 minutes are not for the faint hearted. Mrs Barnes almost left the building.
First season is very decent.
Penguin is unreal
Son and mate said twas shite, basically a musical without rhyme nor reason
Told the whures last night OTW home from Athlone,
Well thanks for nothing ye fuckers,
No need for me to watch it now,
For a seemingly shite effort the bolloxes went on about it for ages
Might be the penguin as Colin Farrell
The guys who gave up on penguin missed a hell of ride in the latest episode.
Just realised there were three seasons and S2 was also very good. S3 less so.
Last nights episode was epic!
Obviously I was wrong.
