Tyrone 2018 - Happy to Work with British State-funded Operations

Tyrone currently trailing Monaghan by 2 in Healy Park.

5 of the starting Monaghan team are with their senior panel presently I understand.

Emmett McNabb seems to be turning it on.

Monaghan ahead by 1 with 12 to go.

Level.

Tyrone 0-16
Monaghan 2-07

Tyrone through after a 0-17 to 2-08 win.

Sounded like another classic Ulster Championship clash.

Armagh up next in the u-20.

A donkey like Devlin having a cut off Sean Cavanagh, deary me

We’ve been very, very close in recent years and we didn’t get over the line to win an All-Ireland. Maybe that’s what was missing, that calibre of captaincy.
I dont know which is funnier in that quote, the delusion that they have been close in recent years or the bitchiness of the calibre of captaincy jibe. I’d say it would be great fun listening to these lads convincing themselves they are still genuine contenders at a team meeting.

In fairness, Horse knows how to deal with spoofs.

It’s great to see the scummy dive monkeys having a go at one another. All the same, if Cavanagh wanted to say something controversial he could have done a lot worse/better.

Was that the time he got suspended for 6 months after woolie wound him up? Ah that was gas all the same. An awful fanny of a man for being that simple. And now having a cut off Cavanagh. Gas cunt.

That’s the year he won an All Ireland alright.

The year his teammates won an All Ireland. He let them down. I’m sure Sean will remind him of that.

Jaysus that’s petty.

Tyrone are a mess.

Declan McClure looks like he will miss the Meath game with a shoulder injury. McCann and Colm Cavanagh both played full parts with their clubs last weekend.

Yea, its quite nasty. Maybe Mickey could organise an aul prayer meeting to try and bring the lads back together.

Ruairi Sludden has been drafted into the Tyrone panel apparently.

Obvious injury problems ahead of Saturday but I’d go with the following side:

  1. Morgan
  2. Hampsey
  3. McNamee
  4. HP McGeary
  5. T McCann
  6. F Burns
  7. K McGeary
  8. Cavanagh
  9. McNulty
  10. M Donnelly
  11. N Sludden
  12. Meyler
  13. R O’Neill
  14. McShane
  15. McAliskey

I’d expect Ruairi Sludden to get some time off the bench given our limited options in attack. Without Lee Brennan, Bradley and Harte, we are without a recognised left footed free taker. Kieran McGeary could possibly take them but it’s not something he would be the no 1 choice for.
