UK general election 2019 - corbinned

There’s your JC headline…

She also literally retweeted this right before.

5 years ago you’d have been laughing at Conservatives for criticising the BBC. As always, there is objective and fair criticism of their reporting standards. This is OTT.

And do tell me where is the national media narrative that the Tories are “institutionally anti-Semitic”

Not forgetting Michael Gove’s categorically anti-Semitic comments from recently

And not to mention the national media narrative that the Tories are institutionally racist and virulently Islamophobic

It’s almost like the national media narrative is like the sort of reality turned on its head narrative you’d find in Russia

You don’t understand what institutionally means, do you?

Let’s get back to the bizarre criticism of LK here.

Kuennsberg consistently and uncritically repeats Tory propagnda

She is a Tory mouthpiece and has bene for years

Apparently 60% of a party holding Islamophobic views doesn’t count as institutional racism

Wow

Let’s stick to the actual tweets though.

She retweeted and hence reported this.

Then a few minutes later tweeted this.

If anything, the Tories might feel aggrieved for it to be put out twice.

I get that you probably didn’t catch her timeline though.

LK general reporting has been criticised and rightfully so, but get it right.

Wow, @Tim_Riggins denying Laura Kuennsberg is a Tory mouthpiece and denying its instiutional racism

Strange hills to die on, indeed

The point is above, if you don’t want to admit you were squealing and just plain wrong, fine.

The point above is, you have nothing of value to say yet somehow feel that you have to say it, presumably because you fully realise the pathetically pro-Tory nature of Kuennsberg and UK political reporting in general and that it bears out everything I’ve been saying for years, things that you denied

You also completely contradicted yourself while saying that nothing of value

Only you know why you included the word “squealing” - presumably you think politics should be reduced to a Trump-style playground fight, that would probably be the influence of the amount of shit pro-Tory politcal coverage you read

Peter Oborne nails it here, it’s funny how there is now no place in the Conservative party for a decent Conservative, and few enough places in the media either

A big reason for Johnson’s easy ride is partisanship from the parts of the media determined to get him elected. I have talked to senior BBC executives, and they tell me they personally think it’s wrong to expose lies told by a British prime minister because it undermines trust in British politics. Is that a reason for giving Johnson free rein to make any false claim he wants?

Others take the view that all politicians lie, and just shrug their shoulders. But it’s not true that all politicians lie. Treating all politicians as liars gives a licence for the total collapse of integrity of British politics, a collapse that habitual liars such as Johnson are delighted to exploit. The British media is not holding him to account for his repeated falsehoods. It’s time we journalists did our job, and started to regain our self-respect.

What a long old post for no reason, stick to the point you were actually making originally. You were wrong.

Wrong about what?

Do you even know what point you’re trying to make?

Should I stick to one sentence posts in future to cater for your lack of ability to concentrate for more than five seconds?

Stan Collymore has just broken a world exclusive

Arron Banks’ Twitter account has apparently been hacked

There’s another message circulating about Priti Patel receiving £1000 for “tea” with Dan Hodges of the Mail On Sunday with a view to negotiating a Tory-Brexit party deal, which she hasn’t declared in her register of interests

Seems a load of right-wing “journalists” like Iain Dale, Julia Hartley Brewer and Hodges were trying to broker a deal between the Tories and the Brexit party

I laughed at this

What’s he on about anyway?

Supposedly a load of leaked docs linking Boris / Ukip / far right etc. etc

UKIP or the Brexit party?

I doubt anyone would be suprised by the Brexit party bit

@Sidney is this the Russians again?
