Get a room lads.
Great analysis
That’s sarcasm by the way
Get a room, Get Brexit done, the far right sure loves a banal empty catchphrase
The banality of evil
A great summation of how useless Corbyn is and the ostrich-like followers he attracts. And to reinforce his argument
It would be better if you could put this stuff in your own words
Anybody can post links
It doesn’t advance your position, it doesn’t advance an argument
You need to be able to put it in your own words
It seems very few here can do that
Is that your way of saying you can’t read a graph and want it explained to you? If so I can helpfully sum it up for you; Corbyn was a disaster as an opposition leader to 2 of the worst PMs the UK have ever had, the voters across the country who repeatedly stated they would not vote for a party led by him were true to their word, and if he really gave a shit about the poor of the country he would have resigned 3 years ago. Indeed Cameron helpfully told him in the days after the Brexit referendum that although it was not in the Tory party’s interest for Corbyn to go it was in the national interest, can anyone legitimately dispute that statement by Cameron now?
Jeremy won the argument mate, that’s all that matters.
That isn’t an argument though - it’s a shrieking rant
You don’t examine any issues or provide any analysis, only shout
It’s reminiscent of former Labour advisor Aiyseha Hazarika - who said that Labour “didn’t listen to people”, and then proceeded to literally shout all over the top of everybody else on the couch of Good Morning Britain
This was the same Aiyesha Hazarika who was advisor to Labour parties that got 29% and 30% on lower turnouts than the last two elections
Despite what Jeremy might tell you, the argument took place Thursday and was firmly settled by the British public. But what a life you live, Mumsnet and Good Morning Britain
You still aren’t making any arguments, you’re still just shouting
But maybe @anon7035031 can come in and bail you out with a shit, one line sarcastic comment
Seems to be your and his level
But actual debate is beyond you
Keep proving my point by all means though
Are you happy to concede I knew different?
You need to move past the denial phase mate, and get proper angry. A good rant would do you good.
After nine years of Tory rule, a dog with a mallet up it’s arse should have been able to win that election for Labour. Corbyn in his delusion believed he had the leadership ability to unite the party and win over the electorate, the electorate gave him his answer, they choose a bumbling buffoon over him.
In the end the election had less to do with Brexit, the British public are resigned to it happening. It had to do with who they trusted to nagivate through the Brexit process and who they trusted to run the country. They choose the lad who was able to unite his party in the months before the election, and reject the lad who purged everyone who disagreed with him and pushed to the sidelines anyone who didn’t share his 1970s view of the world.
It’s quite simple, Labour need to ditch Momentum and move back towards the center. They have plenty time before the next election.
It’s supporters like you that’s going to get labour back to where they need to go. You’re the future of the party.
But you didn’t know different
You didn’t even make a point and you;re not making one here - what is your point?
I was quite up front all the way through - I said the Tories would win by a hefty margin
The reason I said that is I understand the framework through which modern right-wing politics wages war
You don’t
You said preiously you supported the Liberal Democrats in this election
How many seats did they win?
So you agree Jeremy lost the war? That’s a good start towards acceptance of the result.
Irrelevant. I said I would vote Liberal Democrat if I lived in the UK, in the hope they could form a coalition and influence more centrist policies.
This was a referendum on Johnson versus Corbyn, and Corbyn had his ass handed to him.
Hopefully Labour learn their lessons, but I doubt they will somehow.
Looking for moral victories for the serial loser Corbyn, quelle surprise.
You advocated Blairite centrist policies.
There was a party who advocated them.
They got 11 seats.
