Some kind of row over the youngest wanting to go on a sleepover Saturday night. Now I am one of the lidtf crew around here but my stance wouldn’t be as harsh on it.
Herself put the foot down and told her no. She had already said no to the eldest a week or so ago when asked about the same thing. Therefore if for nothing else in the interest of fairness everyone needs to be treated the same. Cue a fucking row of biblical proportions. Even the dog fucked off into the sitting room when it kicked off. If I was ever tempted to walk down and give a knock on the back door of the local pub, it was tonight

I know I’m old school but youngest is 17 so in the loop, never allowed a sleep over either way, fuck that

Yeah but the problem with this one is, I had to get involved to some extent. I kept it to “your mother said no” comment every 5 minutes or so. Rows over make up, clothes, telly etc are grand. I can fuck off without having to feel guilty about it
