You’d only win an Oscar with less than 300 points, or more than 520. I thought this guy was supposed to be an intellectual/tortured genius

He’d awful issues with drink and drugs.

He went to Pres, did an ok leaving cert (around the 450 mark), he had no interest in college, rarely attended lectures etc.
He’d have a toke off the odd joint but was never into yokes or anything like that, his drinking habits were perfectly normal for a young lad,
He’s never been a heavy drinker or drug taker

He has absolutely no chance at the Oscars in that case. You need to be either a tortured genius (with the requisite points), an alcoholic, or a gritty Barry Keoghan type. Jonathan Rhys Myers has a better chance.
