Unpopular opinions or views you hold

You couldn’t make it up.

I’ve said it before but for Irish people to complain about a pile of people from another country arriving into Ireland is deeply ironic.

A load of Irish people left Ireland in the 1840s, therefore today’s Irish have no right to criticize their government for their incompetence.

This is what the men and women of 1916-1921 died for.

A lot more recent that the 1840’s - and you may have been one of them.

It’s some feat of stupidity to ridicule something that happened in the past when it doesn’t suit your narrative as regards today and then throw in a faux profound reference to what you think the opinions of men from over 100 years ago were as a basis for current day policy.

I think it’s shockin poor form to drag a player into a studio analysis interview right after the final whistle

Particularly an amateur one.

17% of people born in Ireland live abroad.

The famous ‘undocumented Irish’ are no different from the Georgian lads arriving looking to do a bit of work

People go to different countries for a better standard of life, hardly surprising

yes mate, i asked for a link to the current policy

Imagine a country opting into a law to resettle human beings fleeing from persecution!

That is totally unacceptable behaviour!!

I think his point is that ministers are selling it as - that we are bound by international law… But we’re not. It’s a different point.

We are bound by international law, yes.

Take it up with Gary the racist.

There you go again with your labelling.

And I gave you it.

That would seem to me to be slightly overestimated.

I’m not so sure. The amount of people I know in Australia is crazy at the moment. You don’t hear anybody really mention it in the media.
