Would be tremendous stuff if musk and trump ended up tearing each other apart

Dept of Govt Efficiency (DOGE) to be lead by Musk

Should crosspost to crypto thread

It’s the hope that kills you

You know the lads who really care about human rights by their worship of a man who invades other countries for fun and constantly threatens nuclear holocaust.

That should be interesting to watch. Musk surely thinks he can repeat his Twitter stunt. I’m not sure it’ll be as easy with civil servants. A real life version of “let’s put Michael O’Leary in charge”

Is it possible for a non-national to lead a government agency in the US? Would you not have to be at least a citizen of the country?

Shur obama was kenyan, or so a lad in mcreynold’s told me

From what I can make out this new fake government department is basically legalised corruption on a mass scale.

The whole thing is going to be incredibly interesting to view from afar. Looks like theyre determined to follow through on two of the biggest right wing talking points. Deport all the illegals and sack all the useless pen pushers in the department. How it all works out will have a massive effect on how future voting goes elsewhere even here.

Henry Kissinger was a non national, so yes.

That’s who I was thinking about alright when I asked the question. As long as they have a valid Green Card etc.

I’m beginning to think that if I could vote in the US that I would vote Republican. I’d love to see this happen in Ireland.
