A lot of what you see here is a product of American universities and their liberal bubble. There is no room for conservative views and so when they come out to the real world they are totally unprepared for reality. A good by product is you have a lot of tech companies that are started up by young grads and are trying to pave the way for diversity, inclusivity , work life balance. But having said that if you hold conservative views you certainly wont be on their payroll any time soon. So the message is you must conform or change to a more liberal mindset.
