Welcome to a week ago mate.
Anyway, we’re flying it lads. Up up and away.
To be fair, I know someone who wasn’t meant to be getting it until the 19th, but its been brought forward a week now, so maybe we are picking up the pace a little.
It must be some rollercoaster you’re on
Received = In the country
Delivery = delivered to a hospital / medical centre
Administered = stuck in someones arm
Is that right? Received and delivered could mean the same thing depending on interpretation
That’s 27,300 delivered already this week and 21,808 more are due by the end of the week.
So we’ve 80k vaccines and 40k more coming each week? What about this thing about an extra vaccine coming from each vile?
Anyway leaving that aside, 35k doses doesn’t even use this weeks shipment not to mind those which were already supplied. FFS like. Would they ever light a fire under their arses. There’s 31k people in Nursing homes. It’s not that ambitious to say they should all be done this week, or at the very least in next two weeks. Then in three weeks time again, so they should be finished in 4 or 5 weeks total. That would put a huge dent in deaths.
You’d wonder what the hell they’re at in fairness.
Such spelling errors are vile
Overcomplicating it I fear. They’ve every Tom Dick and Harry in the UK jabbing people, we are here training people. There are 450 or so nursing homes in the country. Everyone of them would have a GP attached. Tell the GP to close the practice for a day or go in and do a night of injecting or a saturday or whatever the fuck it takes. Bang, bang, bang.
Its beurocracy.
Need to keep a supply for the 2nd doses just in case the deliveries stop suddenly.
This is going swimmingly
But one dose is also effective, not as effective but 65% or something so it’s not like it’s a waste. They’d be better off with wan dose than none
If we could store the existing supply of vaccine in Lar Corbetts Bar we would have enough for the entire population.
Doesn’t seem sensible
The only way the dose will stop coming is if we keep announcing we’ve a pile of it in fridges.
My wan has her date and time got for the jab. It won’t make her a day Walker she says as they don’t know if she can still carry virus once vaccinated.
That’s their final dice throw to lock down indefinitely
