Tell him go in early. I went in an hour early this morning so I could get it the same time as my wife. I asked the security guard was it OK and he said as long as I had the right date it was fine.
The times are a cod. It’s just the date.

If you’re from the same household and have an appointment for the same day, the vaccinators would rather see ye together as ye only need one cubicle between ye.
Other than that, they do not want people arriving early.

I had my appointment last Sunday evening. The Mrs. had hers on Sunday morning so I went with her, no issues whatsoever in getting mine at the same time.

I’ve already got an injured shoulder. Should I just go ahead and let them jab that one instead of having two sore shoulders?
