Itās the first step on any diet for me. My weight fluctuates quite a bit but if Iām looking to lose it, cutting out beer will usually work on its own
The beer itself is bad enough but then itās the shit you pile away before bed for fear of the empty stomach hangover, then the crap you have no choice but to eat the next day.
Will fuck up how much you can train the next day too. An awful habit.

You can get away with the running to a certain extent but the drinking sets you back some amount in weight training
Drink and bread are hoors for a big bloated belly
2 slices of toast for brekkie , a roll at lunch , a slice of break later then evening . It can add up if you not careful .

Had to jack it years ago even after 4/5 pints I was destroyed for well over a day , and going to work on a site was a killer, confined spaces, not worth it youāll find out that as you get older it messes whole system- though TBH Iāve one brother who it seems escapes scot free
