Top of the league. :clap:

Football and hurling double header in Limerick on March 9th.

Before that the footballers have Cavan in New Ross next Sunday.[/quote]
The Gaelic Grounds is always a tough place to go to to get a result.

Magnificent that Wexford Park is out of action for our first 3 home league games. :clap:

Why is it out of action and when will it pass a fitness test?

Andrew Shore fractured his ankle in Leinster’s Railway Cup victory tonight. That’s quite a significant blow for our senior hurlers.

dose.

6 points against Cavan? Jesus, not good.

Where was he playing?

He was with the U21’s last year, but very inconsistent

Gone for the year?

Not sure what the recovery timescale is.

So The Wexford People are reporting that Shore will miss the rest of the league. Ciaran Kenny has a hamstring strain and will miss the Limerick game, as will Richie Kehoe who’s completing his two game ban for the straight red in Antrim. With Eoin Moore still recovering from his operation, we’ll be missing 3 or 4 of our regular defence. David Redmond and Garrett Sinnott are still not ready to return and Conor McDonald has broken his finger too apparently so Limerick won’t be as straightforward as we all thought.

At this stage all they seem to know is that the ankle is fractured, more tests being conducted today.

Excuses being gotten in early again. This should be another good boost to the scoring difference then.

I’m fully expecting us to surpass the sloppy Antrim performance and have seized full control of the division by early afternoon.

I would see Richie Kehoe being suspended as a boost to the team.

Fanning;
Rossiter, O’Hanlon, B Kenny;
Devereux, Chin, Martin;
O’Keeffe, Kehoe;
Tomkins, Morris, Byrne;
Guiney, Moore, McGovern.

The defence is below full strength to say the least. What a forward line though. :clap:

I hear we’re travelling with just the 23 players to try give Limerick a chance?

I imagine we will win by about 18 points or so. Who are the main hatchet merchants to watch out for?

They’ll be in the green jerseys

boom hon @Mac

The acid test for this young Wexford team, game is hardly being televised?

Or at the very least is @gaamad1996 making the trip, leaving or no leaving I cannot endure spratt.
