Wexford Twitter account is a mess. After 20 mins we were leading 7 points to 5 against Louth and at half time its 6 points each.

McDonald fit again, Shore and Waters in contention, McGovern and Moore doubtful, Sinnott and Tomkins hamstrung.
One. For. Brendan.
Shane O Hanlon is Wexfords new GDA for hurling in the county.
Who was in that role?
Dave Guiney was the overall GDA until there was some disagreements and he was placed on “gardening leave”. He was replaced late last year by a Waterford man, Eoin Morrisey. The hurling GDA’s were Kevin Kennedy and Joe Kearns, as well as Luke O Hanlon who did both football and hurling (yes @flattythehurdler , Luke is related to Shane, he is Matthews father and Shanes uncle). All 3 were told they couldnt reapply for their jobs (which is now taken up by one position) as they didnt have 3rd level qualifications in GAA/sports science/S&C coaching). Paul Carty was the football GDA, and he chose not to reapply for his job. This has not been taken by a Tipp man, Peter Halley. There is also a part time community GDA officer now, Diarmuid Byrne.
So 5 full time jobs, now changed to 3 full time jobs, and a whole new set up. Tough job for them, hopefully they all go well and can help make some badly needed changes.
a 3rd level qualification in GAA…:rolleyes:o_Oo_Oo_O
the Carlow IT course. Designed to create specific jobs as GDA’s and force positions.
So who are the three full time GDAs, @Gman? Morrissey (overall), O’Hanlon (hurling) and Halley (football) if I’ve followed your post correctly?
Anyone going to Innovate Wexford Park on Sunday? I’m ruled out.

thats correct Bandage. And Diarmuid Byrne is part time, think his work is more to do with the likes of summer camps and that sort of thing.
not sure I get your coffin surfing quip @flattythehurdler
It was a weak joke about the hanlons passing the baton.
ah right. I doubt it had much, if any, influence as the interviews were not done in Wexford or by Wexford. It is a Leinster council position, so interviews were done by Leinster council and Croke Park.
It was only a joke. Shane hanlon has a lot about him, always had. He will do a great job. One of the best hurlers ever played in Warwickshire for sure.
Ever !!!
Who’s Making Jokes at the expense of the O’Hanlons???
Who’s Shane’s Dad anyway, Declan?

Can someone just draw a diagram of the O’Hanlon family tree and be done with it?
