That’s a fairly alright Wexford hurling selection for today. I thought we were 3 or 4 players short last year and today’s selection seems to be similar with a new player or two offsetting a couple of absentees. McGovern is probably our best player so will be a big miss though Hickey shut him out of the game in Thurles last July. Limerick look fairly strong from 1-9 and that’s a powerful midfield combination to Chin might be needed to push forward. Would appreciate match reports later, chaps.

Mcgovern will start Mcdonald wont.Tomas Waters starts instead of Shore too as far as i’m aware.Don’t know what the point of a dummy team is,in all fairness Shore hasnt hurled a competitive game in at least 5 months and Mcdonald in 2 months…Would’ve really been throwing them in at the deep end.
