Fairly decent specs, better buy would be a mi note 10 lite ( my own opinion)
My phone is running an older operating system than my previous phone (Android 8 it seems). I can go on the OnePlus site on the computer and download and update to Android 10. I presume this is a no brainer?

You get the update over the air(OTA) NORMALLY, just connect, go to settings, system etc- update
