Nope. Never. It will be a belt of heaven.

I think it’s closed forever

Get onto me again and I’ll recommend a couple if food places. The main restaurants were only ok, very touristy, but there were a few just off the main streets that were savage and cheap. I’ll try recollect. One in particular was small but hand made their own pasta and it was savage.

Really? What’s so great about it? I’m intrigued ?

At Cadiz, be sure and visit the place Columbus plotted his trip from. There’s also a honrale tapas place in Cadiz which has a Michelin star or one down from that.
It’s a beautiful city, but be a bit careful wandering around at night.

Not a huge amount. We went to a couple of places near perpignan.
Brasilia was savage. Kids absolutely loved it. Felt quite classy for a campsite and all the cabins seemed in amazing nick. Pool area is in great nick, brilliant adult areas, but the big negative for it would be the lack of water slides. Juhy Junior was only 4 I think so wasn’t mad about them so it didn’t matter much to us but I’d say now it might be a different scèal. Big plus was the quality of the evening entertainment. Kids entertained leaves you and Mrs K in the clear.

The next year we went to la Sirene. A bit more homely but much better on the slide front. We put down about 5 hours in the pools each day. Loads to do and the town of Argeles sur mere is much better than canet en rousillion. Great long beachfront and loads of shops restaurants. Free train in and out from site. Our kids hmmd and hawed about going into the kids camp because they were the only English speaking kids. Much better playgrounds than Brasilia too

We were happy enough to put down most of our time in the campsite because we did a load of day trips/ touring in the week after when we’d stay in her folks place. But if you do end up in that region I’ll throw you out a few ideas.* it’s a savage area for kids and holidaying. Also, airport wise, you’ve perpignan, girona and carcassonne all close by depending on where you go.

If you are going by boat you will land into roscoff probably. Brittany is lovely but not gteed the weather

Best campsite I was in is 20 mins from roscoff lovely accom great slides and good playgrounds

If you go 4 hours or so south to lá vendette weather is much better but IMO quality of campsites decreases!! There are dozens to choose from. Look around a town called Pornic which is like kinvarra real high end marina town its a good spot and loads of camps nearby.

Could go further down a few hours to lá rochelle. Will be much warmer again there but there are some lovely campsites on ile de re

20 years ago people would go and visit loads of camps with nothing booked. You could still do that and If love it but the packing and unpacking would end up in a murder I’d say
