I donât presume to know more than the esteemed Justice Charleston, but it does come back to what possible reason that social worker would have done such a thing for?
Not that Gda management didnât seize on it for their own nefarious reasons

You wonât find me arguing for the efficiency of Tusla, but the explanation offered by Ms Brophy (to her own detriment surely) is more plausible than the massive multi-state agency conspiracy angle. Most of what happened after her fuck-up was fruit from that tainted tree.

Every error that was made was seized on and used against him, that isnât the same thing as it being an organised effort by all involved, at every level.
Charleton doesnât/wouldnât say that because itâs not supported by any evidence.
Is there some heretofore undiscovered evidence of these shadowy links between AGS and CFA, those two well known OCG groupings?

Youâve half convinced yourself that the social worker implicated looks worse saying it was a mistake than admitting venal criminality fraud libel and blackmail of the most heinous kind.
