Wine and beef

Is it red or white?

Only the working class

It’s a great Lebanese red. Got it off a fella I did a turn for.

Did he ask you to pretend he was your brother so he’d get in to the races for free?

just had a look, pricey enough. certainly no greggs

There’s an awful lot less wankery in greggs in rochdale.

  1. Buy your dinner
  2. Sit down
  3. Eat it.

In truth, decent Irish beef is better than anything in the hawkesmoor. Better than anything in the world in truth.

Don’t know about this. Best steak I ever had was probably in Argentina.

And cost about €10

Not true. They age the meat for up to 35 days.

I’ve eaten both mate. Can’t beat good west of Ireland beef imho.

Most Irish beef is poor enough truth be told, supermarket beef is the worst obviously but lots of butchers are selling crap as well
It’s a myth, British beef is every bit as good and in my admittedly limited experience better, this would be south of England (Somerset, Cornwall and Devon) and Scotland

an rud is annamh is iontach.

Do you have a farming background?

Nah mate, I’m from a fishing background, but I knows my beef

How much is per kg of an Angus heifer down in the mart in Kilmallock

About 2euro mate, I told you I know my beef

Wine is for steamers though, I’m not comfortable in this thread
