Another season, another league medal for Zlatan. Is that 8 seasons in a row where his team have topped the league standings? I got a sense of deja vu in the second half of the Serie A finale yesterday thinking about 2 seasons ago when Zlatan’s second half double at Parma took the league away from Roma. What a player - shame he’s only got 20 something goals in such an injury ravaged debut season.

Bandage, it may have escaped your attention that inter won the league, the cup and are in the champions league final all without zlatan(they never got past the qf in champions league with zlatan). on the other hand barca won the league (they won it last year without zlatan) they also won the champion league and world cup last year, without zlatan). all this would have me believe that inter are better since they got rid of him (getting an obviously better player in eto’o) and barcelona are not as good as last year(having got rid of eto’o for a far inferior player in zlatan).
im just glad he only came on the 80th minute as the useless cunt would surely have gotten in messis way for his two goals. he is out the door in the summer anyway. btw he got 16 goals this season.( you would score 16 goals with xavi and messi in your team)

puck it out, you might include Zlatan’s Champions League and Copa Del Rey goals, which will take you beyond 16 by quite a distance. Inter signed 5 or 6 new players last summer - Eto’o has been a particular disappointment with Milito (one of the other signings) carrying the goalscoring burden. Zlatan would be playing in a Champions League final but for Messi flopping in both legs against Inter.

zlatan was replaced with: schneider,milito,eto,pandev & thiego motta - 1 player replaced by half a team- thats how immense he is
