I’d imagine club committees can be a challenge to deal with. Most selectors on bog standard club teams don’t tend to offer much input though so you’d wonder how they’d spend the hour conversing in the middle of February with them “Jesus Big Brian Lohan was going well there last night in the sprints. Would we get the full 60 out of him this year at full-back?”.
