But now that’ its promoting the headbangers the “free speechers” are ok with it. I’m surprised more outlets haven’t moved away from it. Government and politicians should clearly move off it at this stage

Totally agree. Overall I thought the film was great but the ending was pure arrogance. Bond is like playing county, you don’t own the jersey, you only get to borrow it for a while, hopefully you leave it in a better place and in time you pass it on to the next fella.

Twitter is done I think. It’ll plod on for a while but get more and more skeletal and echo chambery. More and more of the sort of bread and butter informative accounts that keep people on Twitter are upping sticks and moving to Bluesky, which is emerging as the “champion” rival to Twitter. I signed up for a Bluesky account yesterday. It’s the exact same as Twitter in terms of format. Threads which was another putative rival is shit. Mastodon has a shit name and that’s why it won’t take off.

Bluesky’s owners aren’t great people either though and there’s always a risk of the exact same thing happening to it as happened to Twitter.

Musk has achieved his one aim with Twitter though which was to get Trump back in the White House to destroy America from the inside, which he will.
