I’ve a brisket resting after 12 hours melting away

Put it on at 7am langers. Had no apple cider vinegar or apple juice. We’ll see how blackcurrant miwadi and brown sugar go as replacements

Done a brisket there. Got it in Higgins’s. Beautiful piece of meat. Was up at 10 prepping for it. Savage bit of dinner.

It was actually a bit tougher than it should have been. My fault as I disappeared halfway through the cooking process. Dogs happy with the bones though.
