Footballistically he has a future, if he has any desire whatsoever to track and run hard. He is the prototype for a lad who is perceived to be a good passer but he actually isn’t, a lot of his good passes are highlighted in reels but not repeatable.
Holy fucking what the fuck…

Watch the Charity Shield there are many instances. There’s a ball there he fizzez into Mount as a 50/50 when Amad is free up the line. The man is pleasing himself out there…on a reputation built with playing with Kroos and Modric…Brazil… He is the ultimate ‘do me a favour’ player
Ipswich beat them through a Marcus Stewart goal at Anfield around 2000 (I think I read about that in last few weeks to remind me of it). Ipswich also won at Anfield in 94/95; you’re right there as well.
@caulifloweredneanderthal remembers that day well i.e. watched MOTD

Incorrect. We never had BBC as a kid so I experienced it via @Aertel220 and the Sunday Independent more than likely.

A huge selection to choose from today
That was the third match of the season and third win. Nigel Clough and Neil Ruddock had been signed and I thought we were going to win the league.
We finished 8th or something like that and Souness got the long awaited chop following exit in the FA Cup to a Brian Tinnion goal for Bristol City.
Wolves weren’t newly promoted at that stage though. Think they went up in 2009. That match was December 2010. Possibly the nadir for Liverpool.
Henry is quite happy to sit on his hands once the value of the team keeps increasing. New money Newcastle will jump the miserable merseysiders this season
good to know that wolves wernt newly promoted in 2010

This tripe with an apology to man u fans
Here it is. The real kick off of the premier league season is the 1st Saturday. Apologies to man utd fans, but Friday night premier league games doesn’t do it for me.
Plenty teams with new managers and players.
West ham look to have done good business, Newcastle could have a good season without European football and their horrific injury list of last year.
Chelsea, who knows? Maresca has a tough job just trying to remember the names of all his players.
Southampton and Ipswich to go down wi…
